Over the past few months, we\u2019ve been developing the BRIDGE Guidebook<\/strong>: a hands-on resource designed to help adult education institutions strengthen digital safety and data protection practices. But creating a guide is only the first step. We wanted to make sure it holds up in everyday educational contexts.<\/p>

That\u2019s why we launched a piloting phase<\/strong> as part of Work Package 2 (WP2), testing the Guidebook with adult education professionals across five partner countries: Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic. While each partner was expected to involve a minimum of 10 stakeholders, we are pleased to share that this goal was surpassed, with a total of 57 participants<\/strong> actively contributing to the piloting process. The goal was to gather practical feedback on how well the Guidebook supports institutions in navigating real-life challenges.<\/p>

Participants included educators, consultants, learners and organisational staff, who explored the Guidebook and completed a detailed feedback form. Their responses were highly positive, especially regarding the clarity, structure and usefulness<\/strong> of the content.<\/p>

While the feedback confirmed the Guidebook\u2019s strong foundation, it also pointed out areas for refinement. Some users suggested adding interactive elements such as exercises, multimedia, or short videos.<\/strong> Others highlighted the need to translate and clarify image captions<\/strong> and improve visual consistency across the document.<\/p>

Based on this feedback, the next steps are already underway. The Guidebook content will be revised to reflect the insights gathered during piloting. This includes small adjustments to clarity and structure, along with ideas for features that could increase user engagement.<\/p>
